Orders & payment
- Prices are in Kenya Shillings and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed once payment is received (M-Pesa, bank transfer) or agreed terms are in place.
- Product availability is subject to stock; we will contact you promptly with alternatives or a refund if an item is unavailable.
Delivery
- We deliver nationwide via reputable couriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and start from payment confirmation.
- Please inspect goods on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
Warranties & returns
- All products carry their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled through the official service network for each brand.
