Delivery
- Nairobi: same-day or next-business-day delivery for orders confirmed before 3 pm.
- Rest of Kenya: 1–3 business days via courier to your town or nearest pick-up point.
- Delivery charges depend on size and destination and are confirmed before dispatch. Collection from our Nairobi premises is free.
Returns & exchanges
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery for wrong, damaged or defective items — we will exchange or refund, including return transport for our errors.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.
- Defects after use are handled under the manufacturer's warranty through the brand's authorised service centre; we will assist with the process.
